GUIDELINES TO PREVENT COVID-19

SYMPTOMS – The most important symptoms of coronavirus (COVID-19)
DO NOT COME TO THE SALON CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
• A NEW CONTINUOUS COUGH
• A HIGH TEMPERATURE
• A LOSS OF OR CHANGE IN YOUR NORMAL SENSE OF TASTE OR SMELL (ANOSMIA)
Wear a mask in the salon the team will advise you when to remove it.
Please be on time for your appointment
Wait behind the STAND we will come and collect you
Come on your own
Small Children who need to be accompanied by an adult must be one child to per Adult
When you enter the Salon you must all use hand sanitiser that is provided at the sanitisation station, even if you have just used some before entering the building.
We do not want you to wear gloves.
We will have hand sanitiser on every station, if you need to use the toilet please use hand sanitiser before leaving the stylist station.
We have sneeze screens at the till area, all payments can be made at the stylist station.
We also have sneeze screens at the backwash.
Even though the restriction has been reduced to 1 meter we will be keeping our units 2 meters apart.
We have given our stylists enough time to sanitise to clean their station and clean their tools after each client.
This is the most important prevention to make sure our team wash their hands between each client for more than 20 seconds. We have clear guideline posters in our staff room and toilets clearly displaying the importance of handwashing.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide hot refreshments please bring a flask with you when having a long service. We can provide bottled water, but you must take it away with you when you leave.
We are unable to provide reading material such as newspapers or magazines
